Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked services. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier, including cases where the parcel is left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at the delivery address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery details are correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with an enquiry.

Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claim:

 

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where tracking confirms successful delivery. Evidence including tracking confirmation and order details will be submitted to the payment provider.
