Delivery

Delivery method:

-Standard delivery (4-6 working days) £2.90, FREE over £20. PLEASE NOTE: not valid during promotions. 

-Next day (1-3 days) £5.25 

During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal, please allow extra 2-3 days.

When your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail.

The delivery time for orders placed Monday to Friday before 10am is within 1-2 working day for Next Day deliveries. If the orders are placed after 10am, at weekends or public holidays, delivery will be delayed by one working day.

- International orders orders: 

At certain events, you may be contacted by the Customs Department in your country of residence, in order to pay a Duty and Vat fee, as a customer you will be liable to reimburse/take responsibility for paying the costs of any cost applied to your package. 

-Order Tracking:

You can query the status of your order at any time by emailing us at customercare@littledaisydream.com

-Order not received:

If your purchase has not arrived by the delivery date, check your e-mail as it is likely that you have received an e-mail informing you that the order has been dispatched.
Bear in mind that during sale periods and promotions, delivery dates may be longer.

-Some items not received:

Check your e-mail to see whether we have sent you an e-mail informing you that one of the items in your order is not available. In this case, we will refund you the corresponding amount or you may email us if you would like an alternative.

If you have not received any e-mail, contact us and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
